Tanned nice looking muscular man

Some people really hate exercise....why? Not that they hate those sweat or tiring when exercise...is the muscle pain afterwards that killing people.
(Of cos, only lazy arse that lack of exercise will get great sore after some work out, like me :P)

But to me...I enjoy muscle pain very much...
At least muscle pain reminds me where's my muscle located.....and not just walking around with big pile of flesh hanging on my breast (yes, men boobies), arms (those fatty flesh that hanging under ur arm and swing real hard when u wave ur hand), tummy (bouncing object when u try to walk even a bit faster only).

And it reminds me that "I still have muscles!!! They still alive!!!"

Sometimes serious muscle pain makes u walk like robot...
It's ugly I know...u move slowly and not flex at all.
Squatting down and pick up something like killing u...
U walk like someone just gave u a big punch on ur nuggets, sometimes.
But I think it makes me look sexy...
Correcting my posture...standing straight like a model and walk like one of them.
Every movement will cause a pain but also keep reminds me that I look great!

At least I know I trained on the right part, using the right muscle and it works.
I'm going to look real good.

I love muscle pain.
I enjoy it. Very much.

Yesterday I vacuumed my car.
Cleaned up the mess I've made.
I don't like to have too fair skin. It doesn't look sexy at all to a guy.
I prefer to have darker skin, and sick of being called as "Bak Cham Gai" (White steam chicken).
I decided to take off my cloths, wearing a short pants and start vacuum my car under hot sun.
Most probably people think I'm crazy cos picked the wrong time to do the cleaning work.
From 12PM to 2.20PM.....without wearing any sun block solution and not wearing shirt.
Guess what....
My back is so damn itchy right now and yes, just my back get tanned and suddenly i feel like a roasted chicken with only once side nice roasted......

I really feel like a fool right now!

Then I went to gym and went to the steam room....
Hoping to steam out some fat from my body, just like when u steam a chicken...those oil/fat will drop off from the chicken when being cooked.
Why the picture of placing a half roasted chicken into a steam room to cook it keep popping in my mind?

p/p/s: No matter what I typed in Google image search, "Sunny", "Tanned", "Tanning", "muscle", and even "Roasted chicken" and "Steam chicken", at least one or two pornography came out as the result. Superb.
